Vanessa Lynne exchanges and refunds are subject to the following conditions, so please ensure each of the below is adhered to:

You return all item(s) within 7 days of purchase NZ
Return the item(s) in original saleable condition
Your return item(s) must not be soiled, washed, used / worn
Original Tags must be attached to the garment.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Vanessa Lynne Boutique reserves the right to refuse an exchange, credit note or refund.

How long do returns & refunds take?
You should expect to receive your refund up to two weeks after giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund in a quicker time frame.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned item from the shipper (3 to 6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1-2 business days).
Please note: We can refund the 'paid price' for the item only. We do not refund any bank or other entity's transaction fees or charges or shipping fees
Do we pay for customs?
You (the buyer) will be responsible for any customs charges you may receive.
What are your shipping rates?
Here at Vanessa Lynne we try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible with just $6.00within New Zealand for 1-4 days delivery.
Local Pickup
A local pickup service is available for the Tararua district at no charge. Pick is from our retail store 125 Main Street Pahiatua.

Australia (NZ DOLLARS)
Standard Shipping $18.00 flat rate 3-10 business days.
Economy Courier: $30.00 flat rate and should take approx. 2-5 business days. This option is tracked and insured. (Australian orders over $200 should use Economy Courier option).
If you choose an un-tracked shipping method, Vanessa Lynne Boutique is not responsible for lost parcels which are out of our control. Please let us know if you would like tracked for an additional cost

What is your sizing like?
All garments made by Vanessa Lynne are generous in sizing and 100% made in New Zealand
Our “Knot by Vanessa Lynne” label is our imported garments and they have been resized here at Vanessa Lynne to be true to age.
As there are a lot of garments being listed each week we do not add measurements to all listings PLEASE email us via our "Contact Us "Tab with the listing name. we aim to answer all emails by the end of the working day.
How Fast Do You Ship Your Orders?
We aim to ship all orders as soon as payment shows you will receive a email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel has been sent to you. Vanessa Lynne Boutique uses Pass the Parcel couriers.
